DOORS 9.2 vs 9.3 write issue?

I have created many scripts which write data to a file, using the DOORS write function.
My company is now in the process of updating from DOORS 9.2 to 9.3, and I am testing the scripts written originally on 9.2, to see if they will work on 9.3.

I have found an issue in using the write () function. In 9.3, if the file to be written to already exists, then write does not re-write the file(it did in 9.2). If I delete the file, then write works as expected.

Why this different behavior?

Is there a place that I can obtain the differences between 9.2 and 9.3?

Thank you.

Are you sure your DOORS 9.3 doesn't re-write existing file? Because mine does.
However I also realized that the DOORS9.3 doesn't change window's modification date of the re-written file - which probably is misleading you to the assuption that your exisiting files are not re-written.
